These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the "Mission 2027" campaign ("Campaign") organised by Sixdis Technologies Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at L2-106, WeWork, Vaishnavi Signature, Marathahalli-Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bellandur, Bangalore, Karnataka 560103 ("Oolka", "Organiser", "we", "us"). By participating, you ("Participant", "you") confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1.1. This Campaign is conducted solely on Oolka at web.oolka.in.
1.2. "Campaign Period" means 2 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both inclusive), unless extended, shortened or withdrawn under Clause 14.
1.3. "Weekly Cycle" means each consecutive seven (7) day period within the Campaign Period, the first commencing on 2 July 2026.
1.4. "Entry" means a participation completed strictly in accordance with Clause 4.
1.5. "Participant" means an individual submitting a valid Entry; "Winner" means a Participant selected under Clause 5.
1.6. "Eligible Loan" means an active loan availed in the Participant's own name from a bank or non-banking financial company regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, on which principal remains outstanding as on the date of determination by the Organiser. It excludes informal or private loans, loans where the Participant is only a co-borrower or guarantor, and loans in default or subject to legal proceedings.
1.7. "Reward" has the meaning in Clause 6.
2.1. Mission 2027 is an awareness movement by Oolka encouraging individuals across India to check, understand and improve their credit score. It is not a lottery, and no purchase, payment, subscription or consideration of any kind is required to participate or to win. Entry is free.
2.2. Completion of any step on Oolka does not guarantee any improvement in any credit score, approval of any loan, or any other financial outcome.
To participate, you must:
3.1. be an Indian citizen and resident, aged eighteen (18) years or above on the date of Entry;
3.2. hold a valid PAN and be able to complete identity verification (KYC) if selected;
3.3. not be an employee, director, officer or contractor of the Organiser or its group companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person, nor a creator engaged to promote the Campaign or their immediate family; and
3.4. participate using genuine, self-owned accounts and accurate personal details.
The Campaign is void where prohibited by law. Residents of any State or Union Territory where such promotions or reward schemes are restricted or prohibited (including, without limitation, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and any others as advised) are not eligible to participate or receive a Reward.
A valid Entry requires you to complete all of the following within a single Weekly Cycle:
4.1. comment "AI" (or the specified keyword) on a participating creator's Campaign post, in response to which a sign-up link will be shared;
4.2. open the link, complete sign-up on Oolka at web.oolka.in, and chat with Oolka by sending at least two (2) messages (you may continue chatting, or subscribe and chat further, entirely at your option); and
4.3. return to the relevant post and comment "Done".
4.4. Any paid subscription on Oolka is optional and is not required to enter the Campaign or to win.
An Entry is registered only when all the above steps are completed and verified by the Organiser. Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicate or late entries are void. The Organiser's records of valid Entries are final.
5.1. In each Weekly Cycle, the Organiser selects Winners from amongst all valid Entries received in that Weekly Cycle. The number of Winners selected may vary between Weekly Cycles and is determined by the Organiser at its discretion.
5.2. The Organiser's selection and all related decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
5.3. A Participant may be selected as a Winner only once during a financial year (1 April to 31 March), regardless of the number of Entries.
6.1. The Reward for each Winner is a cash amount equal to the outstanding principal of that Winner's Eligible Loan, subject to a maximum of ₹30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) per Winner ("Reward Cap"). Where the outstanding principal is lower than the Reward Cap, the Reward equals that lower amount. Reward amounts therefore vary between Winners.
6.2. The Reward is subject to deduction of tax at source as set out in Clause 7. The amount credited to the Winner is the Reward less any applicable deduction.
6.3. The Reward is credited to the Winner's own verified bank account. There is no cash or other alternative, and the Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
6.4. Only one (1) Reward is payable to a Participant during a financial year, consistent with Clause 5.3.
6.5. A Winner must hold a valid Eligible Loan (as determined by the Organiser under Clause 8) to receive the Reward. A selected Participant who does not hold an Eligible Loan, or who fails to provide the PAN, bank details or KYC required under Clause 8, forfeits the Reward, and the Organiser may, at its discretion, select an alternate Winner or not award the Reward.
7.1. The Reward shall be subject to deduction of tax at source and/or any other withholding or reporting obligations, if applicable under law. Winners shall provide such information and documents as may be required for tax compliance.
7.2. The Winner must furnish a valid PAN and any other information required for tax compliance, failing which the Reward may be withheld.
8.1. The Organiser determines whether a Participant holds an Eligible Loan, and its outstanding principal, from the credit information available to the Organiser through the Participant's use of Oolka. By participating, the Participant consents to the Organiser accessing and using such credit information for this purpose. The Organiser is not required to call for loan documents, but may request additional information if it considers necessary.
8.2. Winners are notified via their registered email, mobile number or Oolka account within thirty (30) days of selection.
8.3. To receive the Reward, a Winner must, within seven (7) days of notification, furnish a valid PAN and bank account details and complete any KYC required. Failure to do so, or ineligibility, results in forfeiture, and the Organiser may select an alternate Winner or not award the Reward.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate and your own, that any loan attributed to you is genuine and in your name, and that you are not impersonating any person or using another's details. Breach of this clause entitles the Organiser to disqualify you and to recover any Reward already paid.
The Organiser may verify any Entry, Participant, Eligible Loan or claim, and may disqualify any Participant who breaches these Terms, provides false or misleading information, uses fake or multiple accounts, manipulates the participation mechanic, or acts fraudulently or in bad faith, at its sole discretion, without notice or liability. Where a Reward is later found to have been awarded on the basis of ineligibility or fraud, the Organiser is entitled to recover it.
By accepting a Reward, a Winner consents to the Organiser using the Winner's name, city, voice, photograph and likeness in connection with the Campaign for marketing and publicity across media, without further consent, notice or compensation, subject to applicable law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Oolka Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By participating, you consent to such processing, including the use of your credit information under Clause 8, for administering the Campaign and disbursing Rewards.
13.1. The Campaign and Oolka are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in the Campaign constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
13.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising in connection with the Campaign, Oolka, or any Reward, nor for any tax consequence to a Winner.
13.3. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical failure, network error, or any act or omission of any third party (including any bank, lender or platform) affecting participation or disbursement.
13.4. The Organiser is under no obligation to award a Reward where there are no valid Entries or no eligible Winner in a Weekly Cycle.
The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to amend these Terms and to suspend, modify, extend, shorten or cancel the Campaign, in whole or part, at any time, including for reasons of fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or regulatory or legal requirement, without liability.
The Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other platform. Participants release such platforms from all liability in connection with the Campaign.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The Organiser's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire terms governing the Campaign.
The Reward is an independent promotional incentive and is not intended to discharge, satisfy, settle or extinguish any obligation owed by the Winner to any lender. The Winner remains solely responsible for repayment of all loan obligations.
