Oolka is operated by Sixdis Technologies Private Limited and Oolka Financial Services Private Limited, as applicable.
Sixdis Technologies Private Limited owns the Oolka brand, mobile application, website, technology platform and related intellectual property. Oolka Financial Services Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sixdis Technologies Private Limited, operates certain financial products marketplace services and manages partnerships with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions.

Oolka is a digital financial services platform that enables its users to access various financial products and servies including:
a) Bill Payments through Bharat Bills Payment System (BBPS) and other authorized payment system;
b) Loan repayment and EMI management;
c) Credit score and insights on how to improve credit score;
d) Loan marketplace and application facilitation through lending partners;
e) Credit card discovery and application facilitation;
f) Rent on credit services;
g) Overdue settlement and collection support;
h) Other financial services introduced from time to time.
Oolka is not a lender and does not provide loans in its own capacity.
Oolka does not:
● underwrite loans;
● approve or reject loan applications as a lender;
● determine interest rates, fees or loan pricing;
● execute loan agreements as lender;
● disburse loan amounts; or
● assume credit risk as a lender.
Loan products available through the Oolka platform are offered by the relevant regulated bank, NBFC, lending institution or lending partner, as applicable. Oolka’s role is limited to technology enablement, marketplace facilitation, referral, application assistance, user support and related services, depending on the specific product or service.
The Oolka app has two different loan-related experiences.

Lender names appearing under “Your Loans” are shown only because they relate to the user’s existing credit obligations. Their appearance does not mean that Oolka has distributed, originated or offered those loans.

The applicable regulated lender / lending partner and loan terms are disclosed to the user during the application journey before the user proceeds with the application.

Loan approval, loan amount, tenure, fees, interest rate, repayment schedule and other loan terms are determined by the relevant lender / lending partner and are subject to the lender’s policies, eligibility criteria and applicable law.
Users should review the loan terms, lender disclosures, privacy policy and applicable product terms before applying for or accepting any loan product.
Oolka may enable users to discover or apply for credit cards offered by banks, card issuers or authorised card distribution partners. Credit cards are issued solely by the respective issuing banks. Oolka facilitates customer discovery, application submission and related support services where applicable.

Credit card approval, credit limit, fees, charges and card terms are determined by the relevant issuing bank or partner.
Oolka may help users manage their existing loans by displaying loan-related information obtained from authorised sources such as credit bureaus, customer-consented data sources, bill-fetch mechanisms or payment partners. Oolka acts only as a payment facilitation platform for repayment transactions and is not the lender for such loans.
Where supported, users may be able to fetch EMI / bill details and initiate payments through BBPS, payment partners or other authorised payment rails.
This service is provided only to help users manage existing obligations. It does not mean that Oolka distributed, originated or approved the original loan.
Oolka may assist users with overdue management, settlement assistance, repayment support, dispute resolution, credit record correction and related support services.
Where a user requests such services, Oolka may process and share relevant information with banks, NBFCs, credit institutions, collection partners, settlement partners, payment partners, credit bureaus and service providers, strictly for the purpose of delivering the user-requested service.
Oolka does not guarantee:
● settlement approval by a lender;
● waiver of dues;
● improvement in credit score;
● deletion of credit records;
● loan approval in the future; or
● any specific financial outcome.
Any settlement, waiver, restructuring or repayment arrangement is subject to the policies and approval of the relevant bank, NBFC or credit institution.

Oolka may introduce additional financial products or services, including investment, insurance, mutual fund or wealth-related products, subject to applicable law, user consent, regulatory approvals / registrations where required, and product-specific terms.
References to future products are for informational purposes only. Unless a product is visible and available within the Oolka application, users should not assume that the product is currently offered. Products that are not live in the Oolka app should not be treated as currently available.
